Reinstate an account that has been cancelled in error

  1. In Aptem Classic, navigate to the User Tile.
  2. Enter the User's name or email address.
  3. Change the Status field to "Cancelled".
  4. When you have found the user, click on the blue square as shown below.

  5. Click 'Activate'. The User will be able to access their account using their existing log in details.
