Overview
As an administrator with the Manage Tenant Settings role, you can manage the visibility of the RAG Status card on dashboards. You can choose to show/hide the RAG status card on the Employer dashboard, and on the Performance dashboard.
Manage visibility of the RAG Status card
Click Settings on the left navigation bar. You can see this option when you have the Manage Tenant Settings role assigned.
- Use the navigation bar at the top and select Branding & Customisation.
- On the Branding & Customisation screen, select the Dashboard menu option.
- Use the toggles to set the RAG Status card visibility for Tutors and Employers.
- If you set the RAG Status card visibility for Tutors to Yes, the RAG Status card will be displayed on the Performance Dashboard, and on the tutor's view of the learner dashboard.
- If you set the RAG Status card visibility for Employers to Yes, the RAG Status card will be displayed on the Employer Dashboard.
- If you set the RAG Status card visibility for Learners to Yes, the RAG Status card will be displayed on the Learner Dashboard.
