Overview

You can edit your personal details to keep them up to date. To view/edit your address details, navigate to your Account Settings screen. Click the photo/initials icon on the top right of your screen and click Settings.

On the Account Settings screen, click About You on the menu to the left. 

Change of address request

As a learner, you can initiate a change of address request using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Account Settings > About you.
2. On the Address panel, click Edit .

3. You are presented with additional fields. Enter your revised address details.

4. Click Request change.
5. Confirm your change of address request.

6. The request status is set to pending. 

The change will not reflect in the system until the request has been approved by an administrator.
