Enabling and disabling markers on a participant profile

As a work coach, you can view and manage markers on a participant's profile to indicate a specific support requirement, a potential risk when engaging with them, or a particular need during their time on programme.

Markers must first be enabled and configured by an administrator in the tenant settings before work coaches can apply them to individual participants.

Markers are only visible to administrators and work coaches. Participants cannot see markers on their own profile.

Adding or disabling a marker

  1. Navigate to the participant grid using the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Select the participant's name to open their profile.

  3. Select Personal Details.

  4. In the Markers panel, select the pencil icon to edit.

  5. The markers configured for your tenant are listed here. Toggle the markers you want to activate for this participant, then select Save.

  6. If a description was added to a marker in the Settings screen, it appears as a tooltip when you hover over the marker.

  7. To disable a marker, toggle it to the inactive state and select Save.
