Overview
Administrators can now browse and search every apprenticeship standard and qualification available on Aptem from a single screen, without working through the Learning Plan builder or raising a support request. The catalogue is read-only and identical for every customer, so nothing here affects your learner, programme, or Learning Plan data.
Accessing the screen
Go to Settings > Standards & Qualifications. You will need the Manage tenant settings permission (or the specific Standards & Qualifications view permission, if your organisation has assigned it separately) to see this option.
The table lists every criteria set on the platform with its type, level, and reference number.
Searching
Use the search box to find a criteria set by name or reference number. Select any result to open it and see its full structure, including units, knowledge, skills, behaviours, and assessment criteria. Each criteria set has its own search within its detail view.
