Overview
As an administrator, you can add SCORM assets into the Resource Centre, so learners have easy access to learning resources they can use.
You can add the following asset types in the Resource Centre: Text, Video, PDF and Flexible.
If your organisation wants to use the Resource Centre functionality, contact our support team to request it's enabled on your tenant.

Viewing the Resource Centre
Once you've enabled the Resource Centre, learners can view the assets you've made available there. If you haven't marked any assets as available in the Resource Centre, it will be empty.
If you have marked assets as available, the relevant learning assets appear as cards. A card with a star indicates a featured learning asset.
If you've used tags to classify learning assets, the different tags appear as separate sections in the Resource Centre.
By default, only featured assets are shown. To view all assets in a section, select View all.
Note
When building assets within Aptem, there's currently no way to specify cover or preview images for that asset. If all your assets are built in Aptem, your screen will look like this:
Searching for an asset
Learners can search for an asset by tag. All assets with a matching tag are shown.
Learners can also use the search bar at the top right to search for relevant assets.
Viewing an asset
When a learner selects an asset, they can view it. Below is an example of a text asset.
To return to the Resource Centre screen, select the back icon.
Troubleshooting tips
Why can't I see the "Resource Centre usage" activity type in the dropdown when creating a component in the learner's learning plan?
Check the learner's programme build. If the Courses token is disabled, this option won't appear in the dropdown.
Enable the Courses token for this option to be available.
Why can't I add a cover or preview image to my asset?
You can't specify a cover or preview image for assets built in Aptem. This includes the overlay image on a text asset card.
Why are some of my assets not appearing in the Resource Centre when searching by tags?
This can happen if the tags contain special characters in their names. To fix this, remove the special characters from the tag titles. Examples of special characters that can't be used:
~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] | \ / : ; " ' < > , . ?
