You can edit your tasks and mark them as complete. By marking an item as complete, it will stop the ‘Overdue’ notification reminders that both you and your participant receive. Overdue notification reminders can be turned off at an organisation level by contacting the support desk.
Please Note: Where tasks have been created via an action plan activity, you must continue to update the task information via the action plan activity. The relevant 'role' for editing action plan activities must also have been assigned.
If you update the task information directly within the task this will remove the 'link' between the task and the action plan activity and they will then be treated as separate entities.
Editing a Task
To edit a task, double click on the task.
The Edit Task screen appears.
You can edit all the fields except Name, Email and Phone.
After you update the task details, click Save Changes.
Completing a Task
To complete a task, navigate to the Edit Task screen.
Update your description details with information, based on the outcome of your Task.
After updating the task details, click Mark as Complete. The box changes to Completed.
Click Save Changes to save.
Deleting a task
To delete a task, hover over the task. A delete icon 'x' appears on the far right end. Click the delete icon.
You must provide a reason for deleting the task. Provide a reason and click Remove. The task will be removed.
