Overview

To complete a Skills Radar assessment, navigate to the Skills Radar panel of a review.  Please note that your organisation must have configured the review to include the Skills Radar panel for it to show.

The Skills Radar panel opens. You can see various competencies listed. If the learner has submitted an assessment, you can see the assessments displayed against the competencies.

To evaluate the learner against a criteria, click on the criterial on the Skills Radar. A panel opens on the right hand side.

You can also specify a goal in relation to the competency. After you set a goal, you will see the goal marked by a dotted line on the Skills Radar. You can also add a note or attach a file in support of your evaluation. 

Click Save. Your assessment will be recorded.
