Creating a change of contact request
Overview
You can edit your contact details to keep them up to date. To view/edit your contact details, navigate to your Account Settings screen. Click the photo/initials icon on the top right of your screen and click Settings.
On the Account Settings screen, click About You on the menu to the left.
Edit contact details
To change the contact information, follow these steps:
- On the Contact panel, click Edit .
- You are presented with additional fields. Enter your revised contact details.
- Depending on your Training provider's settings, the options you see will differ. Click Save Changes. or Request Changes, as applicable.
Depending on your Training provider's settings, your changes will be updated in the system either immediately, or after an approval process.
If your Training provider has an approval process in place, your contact details will not be updated until the request has been processed by an administrator. When your request is processed, you will be notified if it has been accepted or rejected. In the meantime, you will see a Pending Changes message on your Contact card.
