On the learner dashboard, the metric 'Submitted for Marking' is a count of all components that are "Visible to learner" and have a status of either 'Evidence Submitted' or 'Referred.'
This count excludes components of the "Qualification" type, "Miscellaneous" type with the "Visible to learner" option unticked, and "Review" type with the "Visible to Participant" option unticked in the Review token of the programme build.
