Aptem Community is Aptem’s built-in hub for in-the-moment guidance, key announcements, and feature feedback. Found in the left side navigation.
It helps users get support quickly, stay informed, and share feedback - without leaving Aptem.
Where to find Aptem Community
Aptem Community is available directly inside Aptem.
Select the Aptem Community icon on the left-hand navigation.

Set up and availability
Aptem Community is enabled by default on a tenant.
If you need to disable it:
Go to Settings.
Select Aptem Community.
Disable Aptem Community for the tenant.
Changes take effect immediately.

How it works
Aptem Community is accessed directly from within Aptem using the Community panel.
It brings together three core areas:
Guided content
Short, in-context tips and walkthroughs that appear when they’re most relevant, plus on-demand guides and resources.Announcements
Important updates such as release notes, webinars, and time-sensitive messages, shown clearly inside Aptem.Feature feedback
A space to share ideas, vote and comment on initiatives being explored or developed, and follow items for meaningful updates.
This allows users to get help, stay informed, and contribute feedback without leaving their workflow.
Use cases / examples
A learner is unsure what a feature does and sees a short guide explaining it while they’re using the page.
A tutor checks Aptem Community to see what’s new after a recent update.
An administrator submits feedback about an improvement and follows the initiative to receive progress updates.
An employer shares general feedback to help shape what Aptem explores next.
