Overview
This article explains how employers can view AI-generated review summaries as part of the review process. The goal is to provide a clear, concise view of the learner’s progress without requiring employers to read full transcripts.
Prerequisites
- The tutor has uploaded a transcript and generated a summary.
- The 'Meeting Details' section is set to be visible to employers.
Viewing the summary
Log into Aptem Console and open the review. In the 'Meeting Details' section, you’ll see a read-only summary.
Meeting summaries will, of course, depend on the content of the meeting, but typically include:
- Attendee list
- Key discussion points (in bullet format)
- Agreed action points
Important notes
- You cannot edit the summary, even if the section is editable.
- You can:
- Add your own notes
- Upload supporting documents
- Retrieve a transcript using Teams integration (if enabled)
- This feature is only available in Console and viewing the section in Classic will present an error:
