This article provides step-by-step guidance on how administrators can enable and configure the review summarisation feature in Aptem. This functionality streamlines review admin and enables AI-generated summaries for meaningful learner conversations.
Prerequisites
Before you get started make sure that:
- Your organisation is on the Enterprise tier.
- The administrator has the following roles:
- Manage Tenant Settings (to enable at the tenant level)
- Manage Programmes (to configure at the review level)
Step 1: Enable review summarisation at tenant level
- Navigate to Console → Settings → Enhanced Reviews.
- Toggle Review Summarisation to enable or disable.
- This activates the summarisation capability within the existing Meeting Details section (previously known as Transcripts and Meeting Notes).
- This activates the summarisation capability within the existing Meeting Details section (previously known as Transcripts and Meeting Notes).
Step 2: Configure review summarisation at the review level
- Navigate to 'Programme Builder' in Classic.
- Go to the 'Reviews' token.
- Select the review type you want to configure.
- Enable the 'Meeting Details' section.
- Adjust the order using arrows and configure visibility/edit settings via the settings wheel. This section is where the transcript will be uploaded and summaries will be displayed.
Note: Review Summarisation is only visible in Console. If accessed via Classic, users will be prompted to switch interfaces.
