Q and A transcript
The following is a transcript of the questions asked during the webinar, along with the answers provided by product experts. For any further information, do contact your Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager or Aptem Support.
If you export the portfolio and it has been mapped to KSB's within Aptem, will you see where it has been mapped within the download?
Yes, you will. It exports nicely into it's own folder with directory including mapping to KSBs. You actually get 2 views. You can see the evidence and what KSBs it is mapped to, or alternatively, you can go to the KSB and see all the evidence that has been mapped to that KSB.
When someone is changed status to Entered EPA is there anyway a notification can be sent out so that exam Managers know when someone has entered EPA?
There is no notification process within Aptem for a status change triggering a notification to Exam managers. There are reports and dashboards that are available within Aptem that could do this, including the trackers function that Claire has demonstrated.
When you use the Programme statues selector within a review would this also create but not progress a tracker?
The programme status selector in a review does not impact any trackers that are completed. You can however, use trackers to impact the programme statuses. The closing of the learning aim would be done first, then the learner progressed to entered EPA.
