Can we use Aptem's Power BI to track the timeliness of progress reviews. ESFA require that these be completed every 12 weeks.

This is not possible within the scope of the current Power BI, but is certainly something we can share with the product team.

Can you download the Map for use review learner locations? It’s difficult to see in the small map box.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can export the data including relevant learner postcodes if needed.

How did you export that data into Excel?

On most Power BI reports you will see a small box with 3 dots. Select that and you will see an option to Export data.

Even though I have super user admin rights, I cannot see 'all learners' or 'all admin' when trying to show data.

This may be because of the group you are assigned to. Please ensure you are assigned to a group that allows you to see all learners.

Can we create custom dashboards for example for Aptem Assess?

It is possible to create custom Dashboards, but not ones that sit within Aptem. You would need to have the Power BI application from Microsoft and link it to your OData to create your own dashboards.

Can the OData User ID be integrated into Aptem frontend search functionality?

Yes - This is possible using UGR. You can select the ID and Full name options in UGR. Once you have this data, you can see the user IDs associated with the names.

What is the suggested export format and what is the difference between them?

Both data fields will give you the same data.

Are we able to identify where we may be missing evidence of learning in any given month for each learner?

You can see which learners have not submitted work in month.

Who do you contact to update the Ofsted information? We have recently had an Ofsted visit and would like the up to date information be available on Aptem.

This is drawn automatically; we update this on a regular basis from the Ofsted databases.

Can I remove test accounts from the Power BI display rather than having to export all the data and then individually filter them out?

Yes - Please set up a test Group structure and do not select this group for reporting.
