When Ofsted visited, they were very keen to see information being recorded in one place. Do you have any advice on how to record mock exams (for functional Skills) so these can be viewed easily

There is currently not a category for mock exam but we are happy to speak to the product team with this feedback to see if an additional category could be added to keep everything in one place.

Does it link through to the ILR at qualication level when an achievement date and grade is added for example?

There is currently no direct link between the ILR and the Registration and Certification tile. However, there is a current process automation for completion of component aim which can be used to inform your MIS team that a qualification is 100% complete according to the relevant criteria set which could then be used to add qualification details and complete the relevant component aims. The CSV pulled for the export, can you update this document, and then import that CSV back into Aptem, or do you have to use the import CSV template?

We would recommend that you pull data out using the CSV export, update the fields required and then use this to push data back into the system. You can filter before you export so that you only see the learners or qualifications you want to update to simplify the export.
