Notes
- These dates are provisional and subject to change. As much notice as possible will be given if a date moves.
- Each release follows a two-step process. On the Wednesday evening before each date, we deploy updated software to the platform. Your contractual maintenance window applies on these evenings and you should expect downtime during this period. Product changes are then made available on the Thursday by 12:00 noon.
- Separating the deployment from the feature release allows us to confirm the platform is stable overnight before new functionality goes live. It also means new features appear at a predictable time on a working morning, when your team is online and able to support users.
