Can users turn off scheduling assistant? The changes will have significant impact for us, and I would like the ability to opt out of some functionality until we can align it to change of approach internally.
The scheduling assistant is part of the current functionality and gives the ability to set and change tasks associated with reviews. It is not possible to turn this off, but tutors will not be able to use this without the Manage Calendars permissions. They will still be able to start and continue reviews, as they can now, without using the scheduling assistant feature but will need to use it if they want to change task dates.
Can you create your own review name options or are they fixed?
You can set both Learning Plan and review name - When creating the review, the tutor can decide the name of the learning plan component linked to the review. The review names for the linked reviews are set in the review template in the programme builder.
Will overdue reviews show in the Compliance BI dashboard?
The compliance dashboards do not currently display Reviews, however this is something we can raise as a feature request for future enhancements.
Is it possible to snip just Freya's demo from the webinar and make that available as a resource for our coaches?

Are you updating the future 'Completed by' dates if a review is finished early? Otherwise, if you are doing them 12 weeks apart, the next one will be more than 12 weeks and the others will be inaccurate as a result.
Future complete by dates will not be updated when a review is completed as these correspond to the Learning Plan activity and act as a guideline for when the Review is due to be completed by. Some customers may wish to plan reviews more frequently to ensure they remain compliant with the 12-week rule.
Can you add tasks to other calendars such as the learners/managers work calendars?
We do have additional functionality related to calendar integration which would add review tasks to a learner's work calendar. If you are interested in finding out more about this, please do let us know and we will get our Customer Success Manager to get in touch to discuss further.
Is the zoom facility still available when creating a review?
Yes, if you already use Zoom functionality, you will be able to use it.
Can we run a report to show the scheduled reviews per tutor?
The review statuses will be a data point that is surfaced in future releases via the OData reviews feed. Once we have made this available we can look to see if there are any other missing data points for our customers - we will raise this one as a future feature request.
