FAQ: The start date for my learner’s programme has been updated, but this does not reflect in the dates of their learning plan components. Why?

The change in start date for a learner does not automatically update their learning plan. 

If you want the dates in their learning plan to also be updated, then you will need to stop their programme and then re-apply it, using the ‘Stop’ and ‘Apply’ options on their profile. Once this step is completed, the new start date will be applied to the learning plan components.
