If a new assessment outcome needs to be added for a Functional Skills Qualification, the update will need to be applied to the SAME assessment as before to show when it is re-booked or re-sat. To do this, you will need to go to the Programme Details section on the learner’s profile. Locate the assessment where the results require updating and click the “+ Add Assessment Details” button.

From here you can then add in the details for the new assessment outcome, which will update the status and result.
