We suggest the following options:

Option 1

Create a parallel group for the IQA, and then add the relevant learners to this group (keep the existing group assignment as is). This is the best option as it will not disrupt existing access and will allow the IQA to view only the learners they need access to. In terms of permissions/roles, we would recommend console only, Internal Verifier and Tutor Console - View all in Assigned Groups. This will give access to the learning plan but also all other areas of the learner console - there is no way to restrict to Learning Plan only. 

Option 2

Alternatively,  you can download learner portfolios and allow access this way. Please see help centre guide Export portfolio - Admin on how to export a learner’s portfolio.
