This error occurs when RPL is enabled on your tenant but no RPL values have been entered when creating a new tracker custom type. 

If you are not using the RPL calculator in any of your programmes, Aptem Support can disable this for your tenant.

if you are using the RPL calculator for some programmes, but just do not want it enabled for this particular programme, we suggest you use the following workaround.
