FAQ: Why does a Learner’s Programme Status on their profile not match the status in the ILR tile?

If the programme status on a Learner’s profile does not match the ILR status in the ILR tile, please check if the Learner has completed any additional programmes. This is to ensure that the status in the ILR tile is not referring to a previous programme. The ILR tile should show the results for each delivery programme that a Learner has completed

Please also note that the programme status on a Learner’s profile can be amended manually at any time, so will not necessarily reflect the correct status of their programme.
