If a process automation tracker was not originally used to put a Learner on a break, then it will not be possible to use a process automation tracker to return the status of a Learner back to ‘Return to Learning’. In this instance, this will need to be done manually for the Learner.
This can be done by setting up a review for the Learner and applying the new status through the review. To do this, you will need to go to the review token for the programme that the learner is on. For each review type, you can add the option to update the programme status by enabling the Programme Status Selector:
You will then need to go to the 'Programme Status Selector' tab and fill in the Label section – this is the name that will display in the review.
You will also need to choose the programme statuses that can be selected within the programme by selecting all that you wish to have available:
Then finally, you can determine if the section is mandatory by ticking the required option available at the bottom.
