FAQ: When creating a task or workshop component at programme level, why is the Upload Document button not present when using the reoccurrence feature?

Uploading a document is not permitted by design if you are cloning a component or using the reoccurrence feature.

We advise you to not store documents on components en masse as this may become a problem with document management for customers. We suggest using the 'Documents' section or the 'Resource Centre', as it is easier to link to documents that are stored centrally on customers' own systems.
