FAQ: Where overdue notifications are enabled for a tenant, are they classed as "Essential Emails"?

Learners will receive "unread message alerts" via email, which can contain, but are not limited to, overdue tasks notifications in the Collaboration/Messaging Centre.

These messages are set to 'Essential', and learners who have "Essential Emails Only" or "All emails" specified for their accounts, will receive these emails.
