FAQ: Why can't my learner log in to their account?
Check the learner’s subscription status. If the subscription status is showing as 'Invited', this means they have not yet accepted their invitation email to access Aptem.
To resend the invitation email for a user:
- Go to the user tile.
- Search for the user.
- Click on their name.
- At the top of the users profile, click Send Invitation.
