If an End Point Assessment Gateway Review is not showing in a Commitment Statement under the Progress Reviews section, check the settings for the Review.

Go to 'Programmes' tile, click the 'Review' token, and check that the Review type has at least one active check box from either 'Employer' or 'Participant'.
