I have employed the "Break in Learning" Process Automation, but:
- The learning plan components continue to transition to the "overdue" status.
- The learner is receiving reminders for these overdue components.
- The expected OTJH is continuing to increase.
The Break In Learning process automation does not stop the Overdue and OTJH process or notifications to the Learner.
However, when you apply the Return To Learning process automation, Aptem will re-plan the due dates for any components that have not been started and you can also manually adjust the due dates of any components that are incomplete.
