FAQ: How do I update the Programme status in Console for a learner?

To update the Programme status for a learner in the Console UI, click the Learner Profile button.

Next click the edit button.

Then click the Programme Status dropdown menu and select the Status you wish to change it to.

Finally click Save in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
