FAQ: I have an iPhone and I am unable to access my account via MFA (Multi Factor Authentication); What can I do?

I have an iPhone and I am unable to access my account via MFA (Multi Factor Authentication); it’s asking me to scan a barcode which is not producing a code or enabling access. What can I do?

  1. In the authenticator app, click the “+” top right of the screen.
  2. Select Work or school account.
  3. Select Scan QR code.
  4. Scan the code on screen.

 You will then be able to access your account
