Communication - last contact date
This field relates to when a learner has been directly contacted by a member of staff, usually by message. It does not detail the last time a learner logged in or received automated notifications from Aptem.
Learning plan - last contact date
This field actually relates to the next scheduled date for a task or activity connected to a component in a learner's learning plan.
