Does the learner see the QA feedback?  

No

Will there be a report to show QA feedback not actioned by coaches?     

This will be covered in a future update when we add the drilldowns to the Quality Assurance card.

Can I set up "trainee IQA's" which can be countersigned by experienced IQA?       

No - we do not currently support 2nd line verification.

Will there be a function for the External Verifier to be able to go in and check the QA process?   

We will be consulting with our customers on future features for the QA Process in Aptem.

Is there a mechanism to see Tutor referral rates and acceptance levels?

Is there a mechanism that enables us to look at each learner/ tutor/ unit/ module/ cohort etc to see the rates and levels of accepted and referred evidence?            

The Performance Dashboard allows for you to do this by Learner/Tutor/Programme/Sub-programme/Employer/Cohort etc.

Can I set a sampling plan within Aptem; i.e., how do you stipulate what is 'ready for QA'?

My IQA view is not available when I search for a learner under My learners or Secondary Learners. What setting needs to be set in the system to allow the IQA to see all learners so that they can QA their work?             

You must enable the "Tutor Console - View All in Assigned Group(s)" role for your account.

Can you see the QA status within the qualification / standard tab?            

Yes, the current status is displayed when you expand the criteria set and view the associated evidence.
