Audit history and Activity audit trail

Overview

Administrators with a Supervisor role will be able to view the "Audit history" tab on the learner profile in Aptem console. This audit history will show the changes made to an individual learner's learning plan - like the addition, and deletion of ad-hoc activities, and changes made to "Allow mandatory activities" and/or "Sanction status" in the mandation section of the learner details.

In a future release, we will be adding an Activity audit trail that allows you to review the historic changes at the level of each activity.

 

Audit History tab

Administrators with a Supervisor role will be able to view the Audit history tab on the learner profile and view the changes that have been made to a learner record and by whom.

The Audit History shows a list of up to 10 entries recording changes such as creation and deletion of ad-hoc activities. The Audit history does not record the creation or deletion of delivery programmes or sub-programmes. If there are more than 10 entries, they will be displayed when you scroll down.
 
Where an activity has been added to / deleted from a learning plan, the following details are shown in the audit history:
  • Date/time of creation/deletion
  • Name of the person who created/deleted the activity
  • Activity name
  • Activity type
  • Review type (if applicable)
 

The audit history also records changes made to "Allow mandatory activities" and/or "Sanction status" in the mandation section of the learner details in the learner profile. In such cases, the audit history shows:

  • Date/time of change
  • Name of the person who made the change
  • What the field was changed to

 

Activity audit trail

We have added an audit trail that allows you to review the historic changes at the level of each activity. Tutors/Administrators/Employers will be able to view the audit trail that records all the updates made to that learning plan activity, along with timestamps. To view the audit trail, click the ellipses menu and click History.

Additional fields for specific activity types

For some activity types, additional fields are being added to the Audit History tab, and to the Activity audit trail, to make the audit history more comprehensive.
