FAQ: Why is the Learning Plan showing as up to date, when it is still in progress? 

In some cases the following message is displayed on a Learner’s Learning Plan stating that it is up to date, but there is still in fact further progress to be made,

This may be caused due to the compliance documents for the Learner being added to their programme after they have already completed their Onboarding. This means that the system believes that the Learner is up-to-date, even though they are still required to sign these documents. 

Please note that the compliance documents are only generated automatically the first time a learner is enrolled onto a programme. If the compliance documents are added after the Learner has completed their Onboarding, then their Tutor will have to manually create them via the Compliance documents section in the Learner Profile in Classic, using the Create option which will be available against the documents.
