Why is the component showing as "Not Started", but evidence has been referred?
This behaviour occurs in “Assignment/Task” components where the option “Don’t create a task” was selected when the component was set up.
To set the component status to Referred, please do the following (in Classic):
- Click on "Create" within the component.
- Create the task, choosing the appropriate type and due date.
- Click "Start" on the component and the status should go to "Referred."
