Merging the ILR records can be done manually by copying episodes from one account to the other.

From the account which you would like to keep, please stop the learner’s current programme and enrol them onto the programme of the account which you want to delete - this will copy the ILR data over.

Then stop the learner's programme and re-enrol them back on to the original programme. All episode data should now be available within the same account.

This process should roughly take 15 - 30 minutes, during which the learner will be unable to access the main delivery programme.

Once this process has been completed, please let us know which account you would like us to delete for you.
