Overview
EPAPro is an End-point Assessment management tool developed to support End-point Assessment Organisations (EPAO). The integration between Aptem and EPAPro will help you more easily manage the End Point Assessment process for apprenticeship learners. The integration will provide a seamless exchange of learning and EPAO information. Aptem will register the learner with EPAPro and ensure that the learner information is kept up-to-date, including all change of circumstances.
Setting up and managing the EPAPro integration
Administrators with the Manage Tenant Settings role can set up the EPAPro Integration. Once the integration has been set up, administrators with the Manage Tenant Settings role can edit EPAPro integration settings.
Once the EPAPro integration has been set up, Aptem automatically registers learners with EPAPro. Tutors can also register a learner with EPAPro. Once a learner has been registered, their details are automatically kept updated with EPAPro.

Record an EPAO registration manually
In cases where an End Point Assessment organisation (EPAO) is not using EPAPro, you can record the learner's EPAO registration number and the registration date manually.

Assessment Record Results
Apem displays the available epaPRO Assessment details for the registered Learner, Learner Profile > End-Point Assessment tab. This allows Tutor to view all recent updates on Learner assessment progress within one system.
The details are synced with Aptem on daily or hourly basis, depending on tenant configuration.
