FAQ: Skills Radar Data is missing from a Learner account, why is this?

Please confirm if the Learner has been on multiple programmes. 

Skills Radar and Competency data is only visible for the Learner’s current programme. If this data, or the competencies were created on a previous programme, you will not be able to view them. 

In order to see theses items, please create a sub-programme with the Competencies attached, and apply the Learner to the programme to resolve this.

Please also note, that if a learner was assessed on a competency in the current programme, and that competency was later removed, the Skills Radar data and the Competency will also not be visible in the Learner record.
