Aptem retains information from a Commitment Statement when a learner is moved from one programme to another. This is so that you do not have to re-enter all the of the data again.

Please be advised that the Commitment Statement template will only populate a Learner’s Commitment Statement Document once, when the Learner is initially enrolled on to their first programme. Any editable fields that have been amended on the template will also need to be manually amended on the Learner’s document.
