FAQ: A learner on a programme has a blank ILR. Why?

The reason for the blank ILR is that the ILR template was not specified at the time when the learner was enrolled onto the programmeThe ILR template has been specified at a later date, after the learner was already enrolled.

Specifying the ILR template in the programme after some learners have been enrolled onto the programme, does not apply the template to learners already on the programme.

To resolve this issue, customers should create the aims manually for the learner with appropriate values in the Admin section of the ILR as shown in the screenshot below.
