FAQ: In Aptem Classic, what does the 'Off-The-Job Hours' report show? 

In the Classic UI, when viewing a Learning Plan, an 'Off-The-Job Hours' report can be seen which shows data similar to the example below.

Target

This is the calculation of the minimum required hours for the current date (Today). 

If not populated, this will show “0 h“.

 

Minimum Required

This is the calculation of the minimum required hours for the entire apprenticeship. 

If not populated, this will show “0 h“.

 

Planned

This is the planned hours recorded in the main aim of the ILR at enrolment for the entire apprenticeship.  

If not populated, this will show “0 h“.

 

Completed

This is the total completed hours for the entire apprenticeship and is calculated by taking all the evidence relating to the components in “Completed”/”Verified” status, where the evidence status is “Accepted”/”Verified” and summing the “off-the-job spent time”.

Any evidence that has a status of 'Referred' is not included. Any evidence relating to components that have no due date set, is included.  

If not populated, this will show “0 h“.

 

Forecast hours

This is the total of the "Completed" hours for the entire apprenticeship added to the planned hours for all the non-completed components for the entire apprenticeship. 

If not populated, this will show “0 h“.
