Overview - Skills Radar
Overview
Within each programme, multiple competencies can be added to measure the participant’s current level of skill(s) and progress against the KSBs.
The purpose of the Skills Radar is to capture the participants’ competency level and progression throughout the programme of delivery. The Skills Radar is visible to the participant, the coach, and the employer.
Using the Skills Radar, participants can self-assess themselves against competency characteristics, this can then be used to prompt a conversation with the coach who will also assess the level the participant is at. The coach assessment is completed through the review process.
The assessment completed is date stamped, and it can and should be repeated during the programme delivery.
