FAQ: Why has editing a custom question in one programme changed it in all other programmes ? How do I avoid this?

Custom questions will change on all instances if you edit them in one programme. Instead of editing the text of the custom question, delete it entirely and  type the new text from scratch.  By doing this, Aptem knows that this question is for just this one programme and is not an amendment for all programmes.
