FAQ: My learner has completed their Learning Plan but the expected progress is not 100%

Check to see if the learner has completed one of the components before it’s due date.  The expected progress is measured against the due dates set up in the learning plan. The figure shows what they should have completed at this time – so, if a due date hasn’t been reached, the expected progress will not show 100% until this due date is passed.
