Why are my learners receiving overdue task notifications for their completed reviews?
These reminders will only appear if the tasks have not been fully completed due to one of the below not being done.
- If the Completion mode of the review (in the component) has been set to “Tutor decides” or “All evidence accepted”, the appropriate completion method needs to be fulfilled in the learning plan.
- All signatures required may have not been provided. This can be checked in the “Compliance Document Signatures” tile.
- The task may have not been marked as completed by the component owner. The component owner will need to select “edit task“ on the component in the learner's learning plan and mark this as complete.
(The component owner can be identified by clicking the edit pencil in the component).
