FAQ: The Power BI data for the QAR Functional Skills report is including learners with a leave code of '40 - Learner has transferred to a new learning aim with the same provider' when they should be excluded, why is this?

Learner aims that have an Outcome of 3, a Withdrawal Reason of 40 and a matching restart should be excluded from the QAR Functional Skills data. The matching restart needs to be within 120 days and if the restart is over 120 days then the withdrawal should be included. If there is no matching restart aim, then they will also be included in the data.

Please check to make sure that there is a matching restart for the Functional Skills aim and that it is within 120 days of the original Functional Skills aim.
