Yes, all active aims, including Functional Skills and other sub-programme aims, will be updated and set to an inactive status (i.e. completion status is Learner has temporarily withdrawn from the aim due to an agreed break in learning and outcome is No achievement). This will apply to all aims, except for ones that have been marked as 'Excluded from the batch'.
The only exception to this is in cases where the Learner's ILR contains at least 1 aim of Funding Model = 25 or 82 and Completion Status = 1. In this instance, none of the ILR aims will be paused.
