If the Education Healthcare Plan checkbox is checked on the learner's ILR
- This will be visible and included in the Learner's ILR file.
- This field is reportable in the UGR and OData.
- Employers cannot see the ILR, they will therefore not know whether or not this option was ticked unless it is explicitly shared with them. However, it does pull through onto compliance documents which Employers can view.
