FAQ - When a Tracker is created via the REST API, the Notes field is not being populated despite being included in the call. Why is this?

The Notes field is a unique field and is only available once the tracker has been created. It does not re-populate when you open the tracker again, and instead, any previous note is only visible in the tracker audit history. 

The Notes field will not retain the information previously entered into the field and is expected behaviour.
